First off, watch this.  Melts my heart.

Have you seen this project of prints and short films called Live Colorfully, commissioned by Kate Spade?  It's PRETTY.  I love the film inspired by yellow the best.

I love the idea of natural, real soaps, but when it comes down to it I don't want to spend a lot of money on something I might not love.  This is the a great solution - not so costly, and so many to choose from.

Easter is coming soon, and Mademoiselle wants to forgo the traditional basket and make this, instead.  I'm all for it!  I love when fun activities also result in something with purpose or function.

I watched this movie last weekend.  The kids were all cozy in bed, Tyler was out of town, and I had full reign over the media options.  Have you seen it?  The song has always been a favorite, and the movie is even better.  It's now maybe just maybe my very favorite movie.  Maybe.  At least Top5, for now. (and don't even get me going about Sidney Poitier.)

I want these REAL BAD.  For the kids, you know.  (And pretty much everything else on handmade charlotte.)

On a serious note, this interactive map shines some light on those who are under-fed in America.  There's so much I could say about this issue.  (We live in the county with the most food insecurity in our state.)

This is incredibly humbling and inspiring.  Some situations in life seem to have no rhyme or reason to them, but, then, somehow, people create beauty in the midst of them.   I simply hope I can learn a little from their wisdom and example.
